The Intimidation of Blogging

I've been thinking so much about blogging over the last few weeks. I am a writer and having a blog, an open outlet to write what I want to write about, is a writer's dream! Yet every time I sit down to type out a new post, I freeze.

Where's my voice? 

What's my message? 

What's too much to share?

And the big one:

What can I possibly say to readers that hasn't been said hundreds of times on other blogs? 

I don't have all of the answers to these questions but I know I'm not going to get to the bottom of it staring at my computer with an empty text box. So I'm back to answer these questions over time, to share experiences, ambitions, and let's face it, there are probably going to be pictures of re-upholstered chairs at some point.
